How long will it take?

The total time to undertake a test will be around 45mins.

How often should I test?

Your testing interval should be a minimum of every 4 weeks and a maximum of every 8.  Less than 4 and you may not be able to measure the changes, more than 8 and your threshold may have improved and you need to adjust your training for maximum benefits.

Will it hurt?

We recommend using the fingertip as the testing point, you will feel the slight prick but no we would not say it hurts.

Why don't you sell lancets?

Simply because they are so easy to get from other sources.

Can my coach help me with my testing?

You should talk to your coach if you need assistance yes.

Why is the testing device so much more than a blood glucose meter?
